Mentoring
I offer mentoring services to those at mid level to senior manager level positions.
Individuals can learn from my over 30 years of work experience in more than 10 countries around the world where I both coached teams as well as worked with C level leaders.
The program is flexible and typically consists of one-on-one sessions (currently via Zoom).
I believe in ensuring that the individual gets value from these sessions. So anytime the individual feels that he/she is not getting what they would like, the sessions can be halted. There are no penalties.
